Finalists are voted on by peers to determine the winners. TrademarkNow is delighted to win an OnCon Icon award and now enters the top 25 legal vendor list.

The 2020 Award Winners were announced at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida on January 17th. TrademarkNow’s award was accepted by Director of Customer Success, Judith Soto, who is based in the New Jersey office.

“I was informed that over 4,500 total votes were tallied to determine all award winners for this year's OnCon Icon Awards and that there were 100 nominees for the legal vendor awards. I am delighted that the TrademarkNow AI platform has been validated in this way by our peers. Our platform provides trademark clearance, monitoring, portfolio management, business intelligence and responsive research tools, essential to any trademark practitioner operating in today’s global market. It is such a powerful tool, it truly transforms the way attorneys are completing their daily tasks,” enthuses TrademarkNow Director of Customer Success, Judith Soto.
Soto continues: “It is an important moment for me on a personal level too. Before TrademarkNow, I was working as a Corporate and Intellectual Property Attorney. My CSM team is in constant contact with our clients, either through onboarding, new user training sessions or periodic check-in and update calls. To get this award, which was voted for by the legal community, means that we are doing a good job and keeping our customers very happy!”
“We are very proud to get this affirmation from the legal community that we are continuing to provide the tools they need to work more efficiently. Since TrademarkNow was founded in 2012 we have enjoyed rapid growth and are on track to reach 10 million trademark searches with our clients very shortly. The legal tech market is projected to grow to over $5 billion by 2024 and being placed on the top 25 legal vendor list puts us in a strong competitive position”, states TrademarkNow CEO & Co-founder, Mikael Kolehmainen.
Kolehmainen continues: “Our purpose is to make high quality trademark search and clearance possible for everyone, without the need to know search volumes or to have to pay to see individual trademark details. Brands are among the most valuable assets of any company and protecting them with trademarks is becoming increasingly important. We want to play our part in this and make it easier for companies to protect their marks”.
